As a partner and EVP of Sales for USA Shade, Gary spent 15 years developing new markets and applications for airports, automotive clients and cities across the US. Gary is now using his two decades of practical knowledge in pioneering new products to turn two-dimensional items into three dimensional experiences on all mobile devices.

David Taylor

Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

Highly Spirited Entrepreneur with over 18 years of Start Up Business experience. He has developed from concept and brought to market several high tech/green tech products, commercial applications, software platforms, Oil & Gas operations, restaurant concepts and product designs.

Alexander De Ridder

Chief Technology Officer

Alexander is better known as the “Chief Amazement Officer”. He is a “Smart Creative” which is a rare blend of highly technical computer skills with a passion for creative problem solving. He has Co-Founded and launched four successful companies in the technology space. His experience ranges from data science and complex architecture, to the most cutting edge computer vision, including facial, gesture, gender and age recognition.

A software professional with over 15 years of commercial experience, Arkadiusz holds a Masters degree in both Software Engineering and IT Management. A passionate developer, he focuses on helping businesses gain competitive advantages with technology and software. He has a deep love for creating immersive, interactive content for AR and VR experiences.

Warren Harmel

Advertising Director

Warren, whose background is Business Administration and Account Planning, is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and developed four successful advertising and marketing agencies. As founding co-partner and CEO of Dieste Harmel & Partners, Warren played a key role in taking the business from a start-up agency, to becoming the largest full-service ad agency in the USA focused on the Hispanic Market, (billing $300 Million), handling many of the best known brands in the world. In 2006, the business was sold to NYSE listed Omnicom Group.

Spencer Klien

Entertainment Advisor

Spencer has been an executive in the entertainment business for 17 years, working in motion picture exhibition and studio distribution. After many years in New York, working at companies such as New Line Cinema, Loews Cineplex Entertainment and The Weinstein Company, he moved to Dallas to run The Film Group. Spencer is the Senior Vice President General Sales Manager of 20th Century Fox.

David Lonsdale

Disruptive Tech Advisor

David Lonsdale has more than 35 years’ operational experience spanning the corporate and entrepreneurial environments focused around “disruptive technologies”. He grew divisions for McDonnell Douglas/Boeing and Dun & Bradstreet/Nielsen, and later he built and successfully sold three venture-funded technology companies including one sale to Microsoft. For the last ten years David Lonsdale was president of Allegiance Capital, a middle-market private investment bank, and today David runs The Lonsdale Group, a private advisory and investment firm, and serves on the boards of multiple public and private companies.

In nearly two decades of PR and Marketing, May has negotiated with Hollywood Studios, served as a liaison to the Secret Service, facilitated  CEO  round tables, lectured at colleges and universities, testified as an expert witness on branding, and lead the creative charge on dozens of experiential events.

Elija frequently lectures, teaches, and writes about customer experience, with a focus on creating a real value proposition, building trust and understanding the customer journey. Experiential marketing happens to be his favorite piece of the puzzle, but May's core belief is creating a better experience for people - anywhere in the customer journey, is the best way to build brands and business.
