Basil is a serially successful entrepreneur with 50 plus years of experience. He has founded 10Companies, selling 8 of them to either large financial institutions of Publicly Traded Companies. His strategic vision, creativity and ability to attract highly skilled and very talented people has been the key to his success.
Warren, whose background is Business Administration and Account Planning, is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and developed four successful advertising and marketing agencies. As founding co-partner and CEO of Dieste Harmel & Partners, Warren played a key role in taking the business from a start-up agency, to becoming the largest full-service ad agency in the USA focused on the Hispanic Market, (billing $300 Million), handling many of the best known brands in the world. In 2006, the business was sold to NYSE listed Omnicom Group.
Spencer has been an executive in the entertainment business for 17 years, working in motion picture exhibition and studio distribution. After many years in New York, working at companies such as New Line Cinema, Loews Cineplex Entertainment and The Weinstein Company, he moved to Dallas to run The Film Group. Spencer is the Senior Vice President General Sales Manager of 20th Century Fox.

David Lonsdale has more than 35 years’ operational experience spanning the corporate and entrepreneurial environments focused around “disruptive technologies”. He grew divisions for McDonnell Douglas/Boeing and Dun & Bradstreet/Nielsen, and later he built and successfully sold three venture-funded technology companies including one sale to Microsoft. For the last ten years David Lonsdale was president of Allegiance Capital, a middle-market private investment bank, and today David runs The Lonsdale Group, a private advisory and investment firm, and serves on the boards of multiple public and private companies.
